New website for Ad Standards

The Advertising Standards Bureau's new website is now live and ready for all to explore.

"Our aim has been to create a website that is more interactive, is easier to use and has a clear layout and logical flow of information," Advertising Standards Bureau, Chief Executive Officer, Ms Fiona Jolly said.

She said the new website provides detailed information about the complaints process as well as specific information for advertisers. There are also links to relevant industry, government and overseas agencies.

"The new website includes improved interactive elements, with an updated search function and a more sophisticated online complaint lodgement system. A complaint and advertisement statistics counter, a newsfeed as well as a comment form linked to the Bureau's case management system are also available on the new website," Ms Jolly said.

"Please take time to look around our revamped website. Search for a case, read about the Bureau and the Board, or find out how complaints are dealt with.

"The launch of this new website is part of our continued work  to provide an advertising complaints service that is responsive, robust, that meets community and advertiser needs, as well as meeting international best practice," Ms Jolly said.
