Leuluai’iali’i Catherine Poutasi was born and raised in Aotearoa, New Zealand and moved to Wollongong, NSW, Australia in 2013 with her family. Catherine is currently the Commissioning Business Manager for the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network.
Catherine has extensive commissioning, policy, management and leadership experience in both public health and social services spanning Australia, Aotearoa and the Pacific region.
Catherine is the Managing Director of Integrity Professionals (IPRO), a business consultancy firm. IPRO specialises in service; organisational reviews; research; evaluations and community engagement. IPRO partners with culturally and linguistically diverse communities across Australia and Aotearoa.
Catherine has a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology and is passionate about workforce development. She views investment in people as a critical enabler of organisational success. She is of Samoan and New Zealand-European descent.
