Appointed December 2017

Jeremy Davey was born in Pinjarra, Western Australia, grew up in Canberra and now lives in Melbourne with his wife and two children.

A commercial lawyer with a keen interest in regulatory issues, he started his career as an investigator for the ACCC before working as a solicitor in Melbourne, mainly advising clients in the telecommunications, manufacturing and automotive industries.

He now primarily practices in the technology and startup space, helping to find practical legal solutions so up-and-coming companies can focus on their main business.

He is a passionate fan of both cricket and Australian football. You’ll find him watching the Melbourne Demons by winter, and sporadically wicketkeeper-batsmanning for the Moonee Valley Cricket Club by summer.
