Appointed January 2026

Linda migrated to Australia at four years old with her family from South Korea. After building a legal career across both the private and not-for-profit sectors in Queensland, Linda is now living in Melbourne, where she works as a principal solicitor.

Alongside her professional work, Linda is also a regular volunteer at local community legal centres, churches, and other organisations. She is a member of the Julian Wagner Memorial Fund, an organisation committed to worldwide abolition of the death penalty, and currently a board member of Capital Punishment Justice Project. She has also previously served as the Diversity Advocate for the Zonta Club of Brisbane and the Vice President of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association.
